Terms & Conditions

1. Services

The Hospitality Train shall provide consultancy, training, facilitation, and coaching services as outlined in the agreed proposal or statement of work.

2. Fees and Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to delivery will not incur a charge.
Cancellations within 7–14 days may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations within 7 days may be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant information, participants, and facilities required for delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of The Hospitality Train unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.

7. Liability

Liability shall be limited to the total fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the proposal, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
